Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
- The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- The item has no perfume, stains, or makeup marks
Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [support email] within 5 days of delivery
- Mention your Order ID and reason for return
- Share an unboxing video, mandatory for damaged item claims
Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges are allowed once per order
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
