Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item has no perfume, stains, or makeup marks

Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Email us at [support email] within 5 days of delivery
  • Mention your Order ID and reason for return
  • Share an unboxing video, mandatory for damaged item claims

Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are allowed once per order
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • An unboxing video

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
